About Us
Miss Congo Éireann is a non-profit organisation dedicated to highlighting the beauty and talent within the Congolese community in Ireland. It serves as a platform for Congolese women to reinvest in themselves while learning about their heritage. We achieve this through various community events and workshops, which include but are not limited to:
• Learning about Congo
• Leadership
• Being an African woman in modern society
• Mental health and fitness
At Miss Congo Éireann, we empower women and teach them to be outstanding brand ambassadors while working within and giving back to their communities. Our mission is to equip each participant with the necessary tools so that they can make a positive impact in the society and advocate for the Congolese community.
As a non-profit organisation, we believe in the power of giving back to society. To support this mission, we partner with charities to help raise awareness and much-needed funds.

Our vision is to equip each participant with the necessary tools to become valuable members of society and strong advocates for the Congolese community. We believe that education is the key to achieving any goal in life, and with the right resources, these women can accomplish anything they set their minds to. We aim to empower women while ensuring we have fun and enjoy life along the way because this is a journey.
Our Goal
We want the Congolese women to recognise that the power of change is in their hands. By making use of the tools and workshops we provide, they can reach their full potential. Our goal is to showcase both beauty and intelligence through a range of workshops that participants will attend prior to the event and afterwards.

My name is Mardeline. As the founder I can honestly say that I was blessed with the right team and people around around me. When you have a dream team it just makes everything effortless. I hope to inspire more people to leave there foot prints and inspire the world. There is plenty of room for all of to shine.
Julia - Contestant Mentor & Social Media Manager
My name is Julia Ngadi and I am a proud pageant winner with a deep passion for the Congo. I decided to take part in Miss Congo Eireann to help contestants become the best versions of themselves. I am dedicated to educating them about the rich culture and history of the Congo and empowering them to be ambassadors for change. Through my involvement, I hope to inspire others to contribute positively to their communities and beyond.
Derrick - Workshop Manager
Hi I'm Derrick Ngadi and I am committed to the development of future leaders. My passion for empowerment and community engagement drives me to support and guide young individuals, helping them realise their potential and make a positive impact on the world. Through my involvement with Miss Congo Eireann, I aim to inspire and shape the next generation of leaders, contributing to a brighter and more inclusive future.
Genesis - Events & Admin Manager
My name is Genesis and I'm love being able to using my skills and experience to help bring our community out to shine more. We have so much more to offer than what the world perceives and through my involvement with Miss Congo Eireann I'm happy to contribute to empower and educate the future generations who will go on to make a significant impact in the name of our country.
